Learning to live out a full masculine sexuality, i.e. the deeper expression of living confidently and purposefully. 8-week experiential group exploring: 1. Understanding early family and social messages, i.e. what you "should" be and "should" do to be a real man; 2. Dealing with the wounds of those messages; 3.Breaking self-defeating patterns that deplete your masculine energy; 4. Developing true masculine expressions, i.e. effectively communicating healthy masculine sexuality; 5. Understanding sex from the woman's side; and 6. Creating your own sexual script. This workshop will help you release unresolved longings, sadness and anger toward your father. You will begin to let go of the past, and become your own good father, thus fostering positive change in how you see yourself and in your current relationships.
