I specialize in helping couples on the edge, men unsure about therapy, and individuals stuck in frustration. Whether you’re recovering from infidelity, stuck in the same painful fights, or just exhausted, I offer something different: a structured path forward. I use a model I developed called Relational Connecting Therapy (ReCT)—a focused 8-week process that brings clarity, connection, and change. You won’t be left guessing. We start sorting through the mess in session one.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the art world, where I developed skills in communication and conflict resolution across cultures and beliefs. Now, I use those strengths—along with my ReCT model—to help clients rebuild connection, trust, and emotional clarity in their relationships.
I meet clients with honesty, empathy, and zero judgment. You won’t be treated like a diagnosis—I care about you. I respond between sessions when I can and offer free consultations to make sure it’s a good fit. If I’m not the right match, I’ll help you find someone who is. You don’t have to do this alone.
