Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the art world, learning to navigate communication and conflict across different perspectives. As someone with ADHD, I understand how stress can disrupt focus, emotional regulation, and connection. I help couples and individuals recognize these patterns and rebuild trust, clarity, and lasting emotional connection.
