I help people fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and sleep more soundly...without medications or major lifestyle changes. Most people experience improvements in 6 weeks or less. If you need a psychological evaluation to help sort out legal, medical, educational, or employment issues, then I can help with that as well. Anxiety, worry, sadness, or anger getting in the way of things? Wr can talk about that too.
We'll use a science-based approach that works without drugs, targeted at improving your sleep (or anything else that's bothering you) as quickly as possible. If you want better sleep, then we'll be laser-focused on sleep. Psychological evaluations that meet medical and legal requirements don't have to cost a lot time and money.
