When life feels like too much, you deserve more than just “getting through it.” You don’t have to carry things by yourself. I work with adolescents and adults, including LGBTQ+ clients and others from marginalized communities, navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I believe our experiences don’t happen in a vacuum, and my work honors how identity, relationships, and larger systems shape our lives. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and step out of survival mode into a life that feels more connected, grounded, and fully your own.
Therapy with me is intentional, conversational, and paced to your needs. We’ll explore patterns with compassion rather than judgment, build tools that genuinely fit your life, and make space for the parts of you that may have learned to survive by staying guarded, overwhelmed, disconnected, or constantly “on.”
I know that starting therapy might feel scary, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t need to have all of the answers to begin.
