My approach is grounded in attachment theory and I specialize in working with PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, Codependency, and developing secure attachments. In my sessions I integrate trauma-informed models such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
I am currently accepting new clients into my practice with Integral Bloom.
