I want to help my clients engage in their life in a way that they are proud of and happy with. I like clients who want help with their goals, to unpack and understand their own thoughts or emotions, and people who are recovering from trauma, childhood, experiences, or are just looking to reorient themselves to better handle their day-to-day. They dream big, and want to live life to the fullest. They want to be more in alignment with their authentic selves.
How can I help? Well, I provide not just listening, but strategies. I have a solid understanding of the brain and body, and can usually tailor my interventions so that they hit what my clients are looking for or need. I'm typically goal-oriented, which I think helps people in the long run. We can openly share safely and connected organically.

Therapist Support Group meets via Zoom every Friday from 2pm to 4pm, with rolling admissions. Group is open to therapists and social workers in New Mexico.
