Kevan Walker is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, focusing mostly on Narrative Therapy & Solution-Oriented Therapy, in a relational context, with individual, couples, & families. Originally from Alaska, Kevan has been practicing since 2008. Kevan sees all people in relationships, not only with other people, but also in relationship to their society’s expectations, values, and ways of seeing things. Because of this, Kevan treats people who come to consult him as the experts they are in their own lives, and prides himself on being good at questions that draw out that expertise.
Kevan also asks questions customized to each person, that he hopes gets them to think more deeply about their intentions, and how, or if, their actions are staying accountable to those intentions and the intentions of others.
His only hope is that their sacred conversations will have people treasuring their preferred relations all the more and putting their best foot forward into a more appreciative life. Kevan’s greatest passion is his wife and their six children whom he was sealed to in 1999. He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
