As a licensed clinical social worker, I work with a wide range of needs. I am a pro-active, down-to-earth psychotherapist, and truly enjoy working together with clients to achieve short and long term goals. I believe that psychotherapy can be healing, and it is a pleasure to join my clients on this journey.
At this time, I do not provide in-home counseling services. Therapy is available through secure Telehealth/Teletherapy or in-person at my office, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your needs and schedule.
Through collaboration, curiosity and creativity, I help individuals become fully present in the "here and now," prioritize goals, break free from dysfunctional patterns, and discover inner strengths.
