I'm a bilingual, multicultural, black queer therapist who is committed to helping heal your parts that feel rejected internally or by others. My style is relational and rooted in decolonizing healing and inviting in joy. I believe our diverse identities and the intersections we find ourselves living in are not only valid but worthy, even while systems of oppression would have us believe otherwise. I use a person centered, trauma informed, approach and offer compassion and a non- judgmental space to bring about whatever needs space to bloom. I use culturally tailored CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness, humor, music, and movement to see what might best fit you
