I am a licensed elementary teacher, school counselor, and a clinical mental health counselor. I've been an educator for 12 years, 6 of those years as a school counselor. I've been a clinical mental health counselor since 2024.
I specialize in anxiety, depression and children & adolescent counseling. I have experience with different populations. The most common approach that I use is person-centered. Some other common approaches I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
In my sessions I provide a safe space for clients to come and process their thoughts and feelings. I use a supportive and collaborative approach to meet client needs.
