A little about me: I earned my MA in Community Counseling from Rider University in 2006 and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2011. My experience includes working with adolescents and adults facing depression, anxiety, anger, grief, relationship challenges, behavioral struggles, low self-esteem, and trauma.
