I'm an associate marriage and family therapist under the supervision of Michaela Decker, LMFT-15137. With couples and families, I draw on emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to reshape the patterns you're stuck in. With individuals, my training in EFIT helps you map and gain control over the cycle keeping you from showing up as your best self.
