Through my education I have been exposed to a wide array of topics. Some areas developed into passions, and I have specialized knowledge on eating disorders, body dysmorphia, self-esteem, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I want to help you feel at home within yourself, so you can reach your goals.
At my core, I want to help others live their most comfortable lives. I believe that while our past often effects how we grow, it does not have to define who we are.
