I’m a pre-licensed counselor with a passion for supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with clients experiencing concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, identity exploration, low self-esteem, trauma, and everyday stressors. My goal is to create a space where each person feels seen, supported, and empowered as they explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In therapy, I offer a warm and affirming environment that nurtures both self-growth and self-acceptance. I believe healing happens within safe, authentic relationships—and that the client’s voice is most important.
My approach is collaborative, empowering, and deeply personalized to fit each person’s needs and stage of life. I integrate person-centered, experiential, narrative, existential, and play-based therapies into my work. Celebrating clients’ strengths, values, and what matters most to them is my priority.
I care deeply about the people I work with and the trust they place in the therapeutic process. It's a privilege to be part of someone's mental health journey. If you’re looking for a supportive space to heal and grow, I’d love the chance to connect!
