My therapeutic approach is collaborative, empathetic, warm, and genuine. I listen without judgment and I am here to encourage and support you as you process through your struggles and learn to heal and grow. I utilize a variety of techniques to best meet the needs of each person. Some of these techniques include CBT, solution-focused and play/art/sand tray.
