I'm a somatic, depth + trauma-informed therapist. Together, we'll collaborate on goals, explore narratives to gain insights, and integrate strengths. We can use somatic, neuroscience, IFS Parts Work, self-compassion + mindfulness, dreamwork and/or creative exercises to reinforce changes + growth. I'm also experienced in esoteric spirituality for 30+ years.
