Greetings! Currently accepting clients and I practice therapy that is holistic, informed by heightened perception & intuition, and works in today's world from over 2 decades of clinical experience in Oregon. I practice a mind-body based approach that incorporates guided visualizations/ meditations to psycho-dynamic processing and concrete action steps along with everything in-between. I seek a working alliance with my clients that builds connectivity, health, and relationships based in happiness from the inside-out.
