I have over 14 years of experience providing services to children, teens, individuals, families, and parents of diverse ethnic backgrounds. I am also bilingual (Spanish/English).
I specialize in Trauma Informed Counseling. I am certified in trauma counseling and trained in EMDR. I have completed extensive training, supervision, and consultation with the Child Trauma Institute of Greenfield, Massachusetts. I use a strength based eclectic approach of psychotherapy. I have also completed trainings in other types of psychotherapy.
