We are created for connection and whether or not how we approach those connections is healthy will determine our stability and security in life.
I believe that people are not designed to handle hurt, rejection, or conflict alone. I work with individuals and couples to give them a safe and comfortable place to work through whatever they are currently experiencing. My style of therapy is an attachment-oriented approach called Emotion Focused Therapy that focuses on safe connection and emotional contact
I know that considering reaching out to a therapist can sometimes be a difficult thing.
