If your mind won’t slow down—if you’re constantly overthinking, worrying, or feeling on edge—you’re not alone, and you’re not broken.
Anxiety can take many forms. For some, it looks like racing thoughts and worst-case-scenario thinking. For others, it shows up as tension in the body, difficulty relaxing, trouble sleeping, or feeling constantly “on alert.” You may find yourself replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or feeling like you can never quite turn your mind off.
When you’re in it, it can feel exhausting—and isolating.
I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can begin to understand what’s happening beneath
Together, we work to quiet the mental noise, reduce the intensity of anxious reactions, and build a stronger sense of internal steadiness. This often includes learning how to respond differently to anxious thoughts, developing tools to calm the nervous system, and shifting the underlying patterns that keep anxiety in place.
With 25 years of experience, trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Family Systems Therapy. For issues of chronic anxiety or depression, I am certified in Brain Health from the Amen Clinics with a full tool box of strategies for creating powerful, long-term improvement of brain function and mood.
