Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 30 years as a pediatric audiologist specializing in pediatric deafness, hearing care, and cochlear implantation. Supporting children and families through unexpected medical diagnoses and life-changing decisions gave me a deep appreciation for how one person's experience affects an entire family system.
