I am not accepting new clients at this time. Sometimes we need to be reminded that struggling does not mean that we are weak, broken, or unworthy. It helps to connect with someone who knows that your story is worth listening to. I want your story to be heard and valued without judgment. By providing a safe environment, I help people develop compassion for how their past and current experiences have impacted them and explore new ways of being, thinking, and feeling. I believe that it is the strength of the therapeutic relationship and the goals you create together which builds meaningful change.
I tailor my approach to each individual’s strengths and incorporate CBT, interpersonal, and person-centered techniques. I aim to help individuals work towards self-awareness, self-acceptance, healthy emotional expression, and increased connection and meaning in their lives.
I am originally from the Indianapolis area and completed my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Ball State University. I have expertise in helping adults with depression, anxiety, sexual trauma, self-esteem issues, LGBT issues, and ADHD testing.
