I am primarily an IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapist, with Level 1, 2, and 3 advanced training by the IFS Institute, and also incorporate EMDR, Mindfulness, Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, CBT, Expressive Arts & Movement, and Ecotherapy.
