I am a telehealth therapist who works with individuals and couples seeking greater connection, balance, ease, and joy. My eclectic approach to counseling draws on extensive training in the talk therapy and somatic (body-based) modalities listed below, specialized training as a Certified Sex Therapist, and my experience working on five continents before becoming a therapist. I speak Spanish as my second language and welcome bilingual clients.
