And those who are going through life transitions such as divorce, going away to college, empty nesting, parenting, and career changes. I take a client-centered approach, helping each client set treatment goals and work toward a life of balance.
I meet you where you are emotionally. We will set goals together, and I will help you navigate any bumps and blocks you encounter along the journey. Goals are not rigid, and we will adapt and set new ones as you learn and grow.
