I am currently seeing clients in person as well as virtually if needed. I am an energetic, supportive, compassionate therapist who takes an eclectic approach to working with clients. I work in conjunction with my clients to help address life issues and examine thoughts and feelings which can lead to a more fulfilled life. I work collaboratively with clients to assist and identify skills to manage their mental health symptoms. I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and I'm currently accepting LACs to supervise.
I'm uniquely positioned to work with a variety of clients. I help identify ways to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, relationship/adjustment issues, and overall life changes. I utilize CBT and DBT techniques to help challenge negative thoughts and change problematic behaviors.
I have experience treating clients of all ages with interpersonal conflicts, relationship issues and mood and anxiety disorders. I have a flexible schedule and work hard to create an individualized treatment plan that assists clients in working through challenges and issues they face daily.
