I specialize in working with healthcare and human services professionals experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and the cumulative stress of caring for others. Therapy is a place where you don't have to be the competent one, the strong one, or the person holding everything together. The way you are feeling is not a personal failure. I provide a space where helping professionals find sustainable ways to remain engaged in meaningful work without self-sacrifice. This begins with exploring how prolonged exposure to suffering and trauma has changed you. From there, we will work toward reconnecting with a sense of safety in your body.

My approach and is collaborative, active, and focused on working toward meaningful, sustainable change. The mind and body are deeply connected and some experiences cannot be adequately described with words. Many of my clients experience breakthroughs by working with the brain and body in tandem through modalities such as art therapy, EMDR, and somatic work.

I have over a decade of experience and worked in high acuity settings including hospitals, clinics, and community mental health before starting my private practice. I am warm, energetic, and deeply invested in my clients' success. Whether it's your first time in a therapist's office or you've been therapy for years, you are welcome here.
