I help individuals who are struggling with self esteem, trauma and ptsd, codependency, anxiety and eating disorders to heal and restore deep connection with themselves. My approach is holistic. I aim to help you increase connection between your mind and body in order to feel more in control of big emotions and experience a regulated nervous system.

Whether you’ve done talk therapy in the past or are interested in trying a trauma-focused therapy, like EMDR, we can explore what works best for you. As a therapist, I’m relational, empathetic, and solution-focused and am passionate about empowering my clients to create a life that feels satisfying and fulfilling.
