My name is Kerry Jo Finney, I am a licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years experience in the field. I bring mindfulness, presence and insight into my practice co-creating positive change with my clients. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, experiential techniques and somatic experiencing in my practice. I am trauma informed, and very excited about the profound breakthroughs in trauma therapy that have occurred in recent years.
