I created Ray of Light Wellness, an online mental health practice, with the desire to provide a safe virtual space for healing. This life is ever evolving & with that it is hard to avoid encountering trauma, disappointment, & loss which are all parts of the human experience. My focus is to help you get out of survival mode, feel confident, and ready to embrace life again by empowering you with the knowledge and skills you need to feel safe with yourself, others, and the world surrounding you. Your inner light is more powerful than the darkness that has you feeling stuck.
I specialize in C-PTSD/PTSD, narcissistic abuse, chronic health challenges, ADHD,& substance use & abuse. I also meet with many LGBTQIA clients. As an integrative therapist I utilize CBT, DBT, ACT, guided visualization & meditation, mindfulness, journaling, art, music,& approaches grounded in neuroscience to help the mind-body connection feel aligned again.
