I am the Founder of Reset Brain and Body, an integrative mental health care company that is on a mission to redefine how people experience mental health care. I work specifically with C-Suite, Executive and Entrepreneurial clients looking to level up their intuition, remove habitual blockages and overcome trauma, cycles of stress, limiting beliefs and self-sabotage. In working with high-achieving clients, I bring a bold, creative and experiential approach unlike any traditional therapy experience. My own experience as a business owner and corporate director has led me to create a passionate approach to working with this clientele.
Rooted in insight-building modalities like mindfulness, trauma-focused meditations, energy work, yoga, and somatic experiencing with psychotherapy, I empower clients to find awareness within to move forward with more clarity and confidence. I am also trained in psychedelic integration and help clients interested in psychedelic-assisted therapy.
While I have fun toeing the line with the woo-woo, I am deeply grounded in research-supported clinical experiences and a decade of corporate leadership roles. I hold my clients accountable for following through on their intentions while creating space for vulnerability, empathy, and validation of how hard this all can be.
