As your counselor, I will strive to develop, with you, a collaborative therapeutic relationship and safe environment in which you feel valued, respected and validated.
My goals as a therapist is simple - I want to help my clients feel better. I utilize both solution-focused methods to address more immediate concerns and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches oriented toward changing maladaptive thought/behavioral patterns when needed.
