With a background in biology, education, and counseling, I take a holistic approach to therapy and I know there is no "one size fits all" solution. My approach is personalized, practical, and grounded in evidence-based techniques to help you maximize therapy sessions. We will work together at a pace that is comfortable for you and your lifestyle.
