My goal as a therapist is to offer my clients a relationship that is safe, empowering, and collaborative. Through the therapy process, I help my clients more effectively cope with the demands of their lives. At the same time, I help them develop a greater understanding of the underlying causes and patterns that contribute to the stress in their lives.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in Minneapolis, MN. I have a generalist practice working with adults with a range of presenting problems. However, I also have special areas of interest and expertise including; depression, anxiety, relationship and self-esteem issues, trauma and eating disorders.
