I take an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing a variety of skills. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, sexuality/gender identity exploration amongst others. I pride myself on providing a safe space for those seeking support. I believe the foundation for good therapy is a strong connection between client and therapist.
I consider myself a holder of hope and find ways to share it for those who have difficulty holding their own. I find great joy in helping people feel more comfortable in their own skin allowing them to better achieve their goals.
