My therapeutic approach varies based on the client's presenting circumstances and needs. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Reflective Practice.
I wanted to become a therapist because people deserve to have the life they want. Through the relational and therapeutic process, I have seen people restore their life in ways they never thought possible. It remains a blessing to be a part of that journal with them.
