About
**NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** Healing starts when you ask for help. We all carry around baggage of our own in one form or another. The key to healing is unburdening yourself of all those experiences that are holding you back and preventing you from living your best and happiest life. In my practice I utilize a person centered focus, that relies on each individual persons’ needs. I tailor each treatment path according to your needs, and what you and I decide will be the best treatment for you.
I believe in a holistic and eclectic form of therapy in which I use multiple treatment modalities. Behavior modification is employed in some capacity in each clients' treatment, in which the client will learn to adjust the way they feel and think through a series of tasks that change their current behaviors that are contributing to their current symptoms.
All experiences, no matter the severity, are taken into consideration. We all have different experiences throughout our lives that shape and impact who we are, and how we function. Each person has different reactions to sometimes the same experience. I believe in validating your feelings and responses to help you begin the healing process.
