For folx who've experienced trauma, life requires a lot: silence, hyper-independence, sometimes performance or shrinking yourself. Sometimes it's meant going no contact or leaving painful relationships. You're left sifting through a mix of coping strategies and tough decisions, trying to feel your way toward healing. It's time to live the life you want to live. I've got you.

I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for teens, Gen Z and Millennial LGBTQ+ adults navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, burnout, and relationship instability. Many of my clients are high-achieving students or professionals — in tech, healthcare, academia, creative industries, and leadership roles — who learned early how to adapt, perform, and survive.

My approach is direct, grounded, and collaborative. I integrate trauma-informed modalities, attachment theory, and nervous system adaptations to help you move from chronic activation to greater stability and joy. Clients often come to me after realizing that productivity, insight, and self-awareness have not fully resolved their anxiety and grief.
