The process of therapy can be daunting but with a supportive space, exploration, understanding of individual cultural context, I believe true healing can emerge.
My approach to therapy is psychodynamic and relational. I utilize other evidence based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I view therapy as a medium through which individuals can explore the complexities of their everyday lives. I encourage curiosity and truly believe my clients are the experts of themselves.
