I’m here to walk with you as you make sense of your past, understand your present, and build a future that feels more grounded and whole.
I help adults and couples heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction by getting to the root of what’s causing pain. As an EMDR Certified therapist and Level 3 IFS practitioner, I use proven approaches that help you find relief and lasting change. I also help couples rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect.
