I will keep this short and simple. I have always been fascinated with how the mind can heal the brain! My focus in the counseling profession has always been with trauma and how to heal oneself through different therapy models. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) , Moral Recognition Therapy, Brain Spotting, Mindfulness Based Emotional Processing, Dialectical behavior and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. My main focus in therapy is "YOU." I will use whatever skills I have and incorporate them into your treatment. I am open minded therapist; therefore nothing you tell me is too big or small!
I have experience working with couples , LGBTQ community, PTSD, anxiety, depression, poly couples , people struggling with self esteem issues and grief . I am also trained in Reiki. I believe the beginning of healing is to learn to love and know thyself. I enjoy doing existential therapy in order for clients to live as their highest self securely!
My main goal is to listen to what you need and help explore different healing modalities. It’s client centered and tailored to your needs. Sometimes it’s specific and other times it can be helping you process your week . Sometimes, it could be discussing all the good and maintaining gratitude and feeling the freedom to brag about all that is working !
