Still, there’s a part of you that longs for something more. I specialize in both couples and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, conflict, disconnection, trauma, infidelity, grief, and general places of feeling stuck.
My approach is warm, attuning, and highly relational. I am trained in both individual and couples and family therapy, so I tend to see people in the context of their relationships. I combine in depth relational psychoanalysis and experiential therapies, weaving them together in a way that leads to greater relief and lasting change.
I love the therapeutic process. It brings me life to witness transformational change and I often find myself in awe of the human capacity to heal and grow. We are not meant to do this alone. Sometimes, all we need is a little help.
