At this time, I provide individual sessions, couples therapy and family therapy via tele-health. If you are a team player looking for a teammate to work with you, I am your therapist! We will explore what goals you want to accomplish and come up with a game plan to make that possible.
As a Social Worker, Firefighter and retired educator, I understand and have witnessed firsthand what stress and trauma can do to people. Together, we will take a strengths based approach and utilize a little humor to help meet your goals.
The world is a pretty intense place right now, and most people have challenges at home and work. I believe in meeting a person where they currently are at.
