I believe that each client, child or adult, is an individual and should be treated as such. Because of this I tailor my treatment modality to fit the specific needs of those whom I see. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have the ability to work with a wide variety of clientele. I have a passion for working with children and adolescents because of the complicated issues so many of them face. Overall, I seek to create the safety of a mutual relationship in which clients can begin to discover their inspiration from within.
The unique programs I offer combine the latest researched strategies of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, EMDR and motivational interviewing. I treat anxiety, phobias, PTSD, stress, panic, GAD, OCD, Depression/ Bipolar, adjustment problems and ADHD/ADD . My style is supportive, interactive, straightforward & motivating.
