About
Over the years, I have worked with adolescents and adults. I work primarily with individuals struggling with life transitions and organizational skills, anxiety, depression, self-esteem/body image issues, and those who are recovering from substance abuse.
I utilize a plethora of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing which are tailored to my client’s specific needs.
There is nothing more comforting than talking to another person freely, and in a non-judgmental environment. I feel that providing a safe and trusting atmosphere is conducive to healing as well as necessary to help us navigate life in a positive and productive way.
