I am a person-centered, integrative therapist open to adults and adolescents (16+) in Georgia. As a neurodivergent person, one of my greatest passions is supporting, educating, and empowering people with ADHD. I am also passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, difficult life transitions, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, codependency, OCD, specific phobias, and depression. My graduate work also includes a specialization in rehabilitation counseling, providing me with a unique sensitivity to how disability can impact an individual's life.
I utilize interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, or Exposure and Response Prevention based on client need. My style is collaborative, empathetic, warm, relational, and often fun. I am experienced in connecting to the community resource network to best support the needs of each client.

Are you an adult with ADHD looking for practical skills to manage your life more effectively? If so, this 10-session group was made for you. Created by an adult with ADHD for adults with ADHD, this group promotes a dynamic, collaborative, neurodivergent-friendly space to learn and grow. Together, we will develop a foundational understanding of ADHD and its' impact on cognitive functioning, destigmatize symptoms, and integrate practical skills to improve day-to-day functioning.
