Still, I'm not afraid to call out my clients if I notice that they are engaging in unhealthy behaviors (in a gentle way of course). I have authored two children's books, "How Zac Got his Z's: A Guide to Getting Rid of Nightmares" and, "Don't Be Your Own Bully: A Guide to Recognizing and Defeating the Self-esteem Stealers That Live in Our Heads". .
I use a variety of approaches including play modalities, creative arts, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused treatment, talk therapy, and brainspotting.
