I am a licensed mental health therapist who will meet you right where you are. Struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions can be a lonely road. With compassion and empathy, I will help you find your spirit again and get you on the path towards living a happy and fulfilled life. My experience is shaped by working with clients from all walks of life, from children to grandparents, who are looking to improve their quality of life and gain self-esteem. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. Change is scary and hard but worth the reward when you believe in yourself and your goals.

The past few years I have concentrated on trauma, behavioral struggles and ADHD. I am a lifelong learner currently in the process of completing certification in both EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). I currently offer individual and family therapy to children (in person) and teens & adults (in person and telehealth).
