Sometimes we need a little help feeling better and becoming our authentic self. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults who are struggling with the demands of life, mood (anxiety, depression, feeling "off"), and/or identity (masking, people-pleasing, etc.). I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist with a welcoming and holistic approach. Whether you are new to therapy, nervous to begin, or an experienced client, I meet clients where they are at, allowing you to take therapy at your own pace. Together, we can help you feel your best and meet your goals.

What to Expect: We can meet in-person in an office or outdoors for walk-and-talk or nature-based therapy sessions, or virtually/online if you're in MD. I use a variety of supportive and directive evidence-based approaches, which may look like asking curious questions, guiding you into deeper self-awareness, and sharing effective tools relevant to your needs.

I provide a free 15-25min introductory phone call to ensure we are a good fit. Call your insurance provider to see if they will reimburse out-of-network therapy. If not, I offer a limited number of lower-priced rates for those that request. Let's talk to see if this is a good fit! I reply within 1-2 business days.
