Some of my specialties are working with clients dealing with difficult life challenges and transitions (infertility, postpartum, divorce, job change) as well as those coping with complicated relationships.
I have a strong passion for working with LGBTQ+ folks and have helped clients navigate coming out, gender dysphoria, discrimination, and other issues related to gender and sexuality. I hold a virtual group for gender non-conforming folx once per month.
I use an eclectic mix of cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, solutions-focused, strengths-based, assertiveness training, and am Level 1 trained in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to treat a variety of issues resulting from difficult relationships, transitions, and stress.
